Ya la gestión previa a la firma del contrato es muy satisfactoria porque tienen una amplia cartera de buenos clientes a los que están continuamente mostrando la vivienda y buscan soluciones creativas para reconciliar los intereses de propietarios e inquilinos. A la hora de la firma del contrato, hacen un estrecho seguimiento de los pormenores y, además, son políglotas, así que a nosotros nos han hecho alguna vez el mismo contrato en varias lenguas. Por si fuera poco, sin cobro extra, cuidan aspectos como contratar personal de limpieza, técnicos para reparaciones, etc. supervisándolo todo ellos mismos.

Having lived all over the world and dealt with realtors in each spot, Monique was hands down the best.
