The hall leads to a very spacious living room with fireplace and access to the outside terrace, which surrounds the ground floor providing plenty of exterior space to enjoy. There is a continuous library/TV room with its own fireplace. Next to the living room, there is an ample open plan kitchen with dining area, fully equipped for cooking lovers. Outside the kitchen you will find an independent laundry room, a back patio with fountain, access to the garage, as well as to the covered terrace which surrounds the villa.

On the ground floor, there are two twin rooms, both with double beds and en suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower. On the upper floor, there is the master suite with sitting area and a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub with jets and access to a terrace. The sitting area has a sofa bed, which can sleep one person.

In the exterior, you will enjoy a very private garden with beautiful golf views and a pool. The exterior dining space can accommodate six people.
