It is set out on a single floor with a split level and in such a way as to allow easy access to the covered porch and gardens.

The house is very family/child friendly with a fence that can be used to separate the pool from the main house and gardens for safety and peace of mind.

Accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin), all with generous en suite bathrooms and easy access to porch and gardens, family Snug (can sleep one child with fold out bed) connected to the Master bedroom, with walk in dressing room and large bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi bath.

There is a formal living room with plenty of sofas for relaxing, Formal dining room with 8 chairs (more can be obtained from other dining areas outside if required).

Entrance Hall with private cloak room, fully fitted Kitchen complete with breakfast table.

The house is also equipped with extra items such as hairdryer, folding high chair, books, colours and toys for children, large DVD collection for children and adults.

Additional two folding beds and one sofa bed are available for extra guests.

Included in the price is 2 days of housekeeping per week.

Additional housekeeping can be arranged for 10 Euros per hour.
