Villa VIDA will be located within "The 15," a gated community with restricted access and private security in La Reserva, Sotogrande.
The project will be developed on a beautiful south-facing plot of 4,447 m², with views of the sea, the Rock of Gibraltar, and the natural surroundings.

The planned constructed area is 2,300 m², spread over two floors. The design seeks to seamlessly integrate the interior and exterior spaces, with generous proportions, interior patios, and abundant natural light.
